Scientist. Strategist. Athlete.

Hi, I’m Dan — a retired athlete turned neuroscientist and performance strategist. My work focuses on how the brain and body respond to stress, recovery, and long-term adaptation. I specialize in using objective data — EEG, autonomic signals, and metabolic biomarkers — to guide personalized strategies for cognitive recovery, brain health, and overall human performance.

While much of my research centers on traumatic brain injury and concussion, I’m equally driven by a broader question: how can nutrition, movement, and targeted interventions be used to optimize health across systems — not just restore function, but elevate it? My background in cognitive science and sport keeps my work rooted in both evidence and real-world outcomes. I build frameworks that are measurable, practical, and built to evolve.

What I Build

Bridging neuroscience and systems design to create smarter, data-driven frameworks for recovery, performance, and long-term health.

I develop protocols that support cognitive recovery, physiological resilience, and optimization — especially in individuals navigating TBI, post-concussive symptoms, chronic stress, or high-performance demands.

Who I work with:
• High performers seeking cognitive and metabolic optimization
• Individuals recovering from neurological injury or dysfunction
• Clinics validating brain-body protocols, tools, or therapies

Targeted. Translational. Rooted in biology. Built to evolve.

How I Work

Based in Jacksonville, FL — serving globally through high-touch, data-driven consulting.

Each engagement is built from the ground up—guided by assessment, grounded in precision, and centered on clinical translation. Whether in-person or remote, the approach is personalized, metrics-based, and designed to deliver real-world change.

No waiting rooms. No one-size-fits-all. Just systems that work for your brain, biology, and goals.
